Woman's World Magazine Contest

Pinky's Jewels is excited to announce a spectacular contest being featured in the July 28th edition of the ultimate magazine for women, Woman's World magazine. I will be giving away Four, yes 4, merchandise gift certificates for $25O for my chic and sophisticated jewelry items, to Four Lucky individuals. Just go to my Contact Us page or Email for specials page, fill in your information and put Woman's World contest in the info box and you are entered. Contest will end on August 15th, 2008.

Prizes are not transferable and once redeemed, no changes can be made. No cash redemption or substitution by winner permitted. Limit of one entry per name, address, and email address.

Winner will agree to hold Pinky Unlimited Inc. & Pinky's Jewels harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

Pinky Unlimited Inc. & Pinkys Jewels will not be held responsible for any technical difficulties. For example: phones that result in a potential winner being disconnected, Internet connection or e-mail problems.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes in conjunction with any prize won on Pinkys Jewels. If total prize value is $600 or more per person per calendar year, winner will complete form 1099 for Pinky Unlimited Inc. & Pinkys Jewels to submit to IRS. All federal, state and local laws apply. Any additional costs related to a prize that incurred as a result of accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and not of Pinky Unlimited Inc. & Pinkys Jewels.

With respect to any disputes regarding contests, the decision of Pinky Unlimited Inc. & Pinkys Jewels will be final. Pinky Unlimited Inc. & Pinkys Jewels has the right to change the rules or discontinue any contest at any time. Pinky Unlimited Inc. & Pinkys Jewels has the right to revoke prizes if winner is deemed ineligible.

Employees of Pinky Unlimited Inc. & Pinkys Jewels, their clients or associated agencies, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

No purchase or donation is necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited. Any false or fraudulent entries will be declined. Multiple entries will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.
